Please note that the Free Flow Dance Centre is temporarily closed due to the coronavirus. We want to help aid in social distancing to curb the spread of the virus and keep our instructors, dance artists and clients safe.
Remember social distancing can include great healthy activities such as going for a walk and exploring the outdoors in our beautiful city. Creating a home workout for yourself and your family members or blasting your favourite song and dancing like no one is watching are all good for the body, mind and spirit!
In the meantime please stay safe, keep active and help the elderly or other neighbours who may be in need. We look forward to celebrating through dance once it is more suitable to gather together.
